These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Stress Monitor Platform web app, provided by Activeace LLC. By signing in with your Apple ID and using the platform, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Access & License

• License Grant. Activeace LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, free license to use the platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Authentication. Access is via your Apple ID. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

2. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, rent, sell, or reverse-engineer the platform;
• Use the platform for unlawful activities or to infringe any rights.

3. AI Assistant & Medical Disclaimer

• The AI assistant provides insights "as is" and may err.
• Not Medical Advice. The platform does not substitute for professional medical consultation. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any health questions.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Activeace LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including inaccuracies in AI outputs or loss of data.
• Our total liability, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if applicable).

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use. The current version will always be available on the site. Please review regularly.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
