Authentication Data

• You sign in with your Apple ID. We never store your Apple credentials; we receive only a temporary access token.

Health Data

• With your permission, we read from your iCloud account only the same health metrics used in our Stress Monitor for Watch app.

Analytics Data

• We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous information about site visits (page views, session duration, device type, browser).
• This involves storing browser cookies; no personal identifiers are captured.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Display & Insights. We show you charts and summaries of your health metrics.
• AI Assistant. Our AI analyzes your metrics and offers general insights and suggestions. Important: AI may be inaccurate—always review its output critically and consult a professional if needed.
• Service Improvement. Anonymous usage data helps us optimize features and the user experience.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

• Health Data is never shared with third parties.
• Analytics Data sent to Google Analytics is aggregated and anonymized.

4. Security & Storage

• We use TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• We do not store health metrics on our servers; your data remains in iCloud under Apple's security controls.

5. Your Rights

• Access & Deletion. You can change or delete your health data at any time via your iCloud settings.
• Cookie Opt-Out. You can disable or clear cookies in your browser settings (some features may be affected).

6. Children's Privacy

The platform is not intended for anyone under 16 years old. If you are a parent or guardian, please supervise your child's use.

Activeace LLC may change the data controller in the future and may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Please review it periodically to stay informed of any changes.
